This photovoltaic system with storage is a system that generates electricity using solar panels and stores it in batteries, without being connected to the public electricity grid. This type of system is ideal for isolated houses, shelters, boats, camper vans or for those who want to achieve total energy independence.

Here are the main components and how an Off-Grid photovoltaic system works:
Photovoltaic panels - capture solar energy and transform it into direct current (DC). The amount of energy produced depends on the number and type of panels installed, as well as exposure to the sun.
Storage batteries - accumulate the energy generated by the photovoltaic panels during the day to make it available at night or when solar energy is not sufficient. The most commonly used batteries are lithium or lead-acid.
Inverter - converts the direct current (DC), generated by the solar panels and stored in the batteries, into alternating current (AC), which is the one used by most household appliances.
Hybrid inverter: Some off-grid systems include an inverter that also allows you to connect a generator or other power source as a backup, for emergency situations.
