Shipping and returns

Shipping and delivery

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by TopSolar.ws or its delegate. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by the system, based on the destination and weight-volume of the goods. If the delivery is to be made to disadvantaged places, mountain areas, islands, or outside Italian territory, the automatically calculated costs are to be considered purely indicative and may vary based on the actual prices offered by international shippers. No deliveries are made to the floors.

ATTENTION: products sent on PALLETS are delivered at street level, pallet trucks are not suitable for climbing steps or difficult ramps, the customer must provide a shipping address accessible by heavy truck.

OVESIZED pallets (larger than the EUR pallet) may require a forklift for unloading (at the expense of the buyer).

If the delivery truck cannot arrive at the address provided by the customer (narrow road, entry bans for heavy trucks, etc.) the customer will have to collect the goods at the courier's terminal.

In case of theft / loss TopSolar.ws undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and / or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept such new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself.

In the hypothesis that the carrier is in charge of any title by the customer, TopSolar.ws will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

The delivery time to the courier, purely indicative, is approximately 2-8 working days from the date of the order (unless otherwise specified on the product itself) to which 1-3 working days are added for delivery to the destination, excluding variations due to reasons of major force. IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST AND DECEMBER THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO GOODS MOVEMENT BLOCKS, in particular goods on pallets and dangerous goods (ADR) have forced movement blocked in the period from 15 December to 10 January and from 10 to 30 August.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

For extra-EU exports, customs charges and final country tax are not included.

For extra-Europe Union exports, customs fees for imports are borne by the costumer.

IMPORTANT: Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, putting the wording 'goods control reserve' on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, immediately by e-mail: shop@topsolar.ws or registered letter with return receipt, to the registered office.

Attention: Always check that the packages are delivered intact and not damaged, if you accept without making the necessary reservations to the goods delivered by the courier, you will not be able in any way to claim any shortages or damage due to transport at a later time to TopSolar.ws but exclusively to the courier himself.

7) Order cancellation (for PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS only)

Order cancellation can only be done for sales to private individuals; in VAT sales, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders placed by private individuals with an invoice for tax deductions cannot be cancelled (as the invoice is sent to the tax agency immediately.

7b) Order Cancellation (SALE TO COMPANY WITH VAT)
Our sales policy does not provide for order cancellations for any reason as most of the goods are shipped by the various logistics of the manufacturers and they do not provide for returns. Only in the event that for reasons of force majeure we are unable to deliver the product within 60 days will cancellation be possible.


8) Return & Satisfaction Guarantee (Please note the distinction between private individuals and companies)
If you do not like the items you purchased, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Simply send them back by postal parcel or courier, carriage paid, enclosing the purchase receipt of the material to be returned or replaced. The items can be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are in new condition and in the original packaging, not damaged, not used as a shipping box and not used. The products must be intact for resale, including all accessories, manuals and various protective plastics. All additional costs for return procedures (transport costs) are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: returns are only possible for private purchases, products sold with a VAT invoice cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORDERS OF MADE-TO-ORDER OR CUT PRODUCTS (electrical cables by the meter, etc.).

THE RETURN GUARANTEE APPLIES ONLY TO PRIVATE CUSTOMERS (NOT APPLICABLE TO SALES WITH VAT NUMBER)

Note: it is recommended to adequately package the goods as the sender is responsible for their integrity during the return procedure. To make the return, contact our offices in order to obtain the return authorization and the address to which to send the package to be returned, write an email or use the contact form.
